Cancellation Policy
We value our clients and understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing the needs of our clients and the resources invested in project development.
Cancellation Terms
1. Before Project Commencement: If a cancellation request is received before
the project has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction
fees incurred.
2. After Project Commencement: Cancellations after the project has begun
will
be subject to charges for work completed up to the cancellation date. This
includes any resources allocated and hours worked.
3. Post-Delivery: Once a project has been delivered and accepted,
cancellations
are not permitted. Any further changes or revisions will be treated as new
projects or change requests.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
